Ridge Kids Assistant Leader

The Ridge Kids Assistant Leader works alongside the Director of Kids Ministry to assist in running all kids ministries. This Assistant Leader supports the director of this ministry to teach, help with planning and executing special events and programming, and assists with equipping and leading volunteers of these ministries. This leader also helps this ministry area live out the mission, vision and values of The Ridge by encouraging faith formation and spiritual development as well as living a life of serving. Some of the duties, tasks, and responsibilities outlined below are shared responsibilities between the RidgeKids Director and the RidgeKids Assistant Leader. This position is part time at 15 hours/week.
